Blogger-droid allows you to post updates to any blogs you have through the Blogger service. This is a natural fit for Android users: Since Blogger is a Google service, you already have the login and password info.
Blogger-droid uses a ridiculously simple interface consisting of three fields: the subject, the body and a field for labels that you might want to append to your blog post.
The menu also lets you upload pictures and videos from your phone, which makes Blogger-droid especially useful for people who maintain personal or travel blogs. The menu for Blogger-droid also lets you view all of your past blog posts and share them with other people.
From the preferences, Blogger-droid enables you to set up other useful features. For instance, you can link to your Picasa photo page and your YouTube account to share videos and pictures from these sites. If you like, you can adjust the size of images that you upload through Blogger-droid, include HTML code and receive notifications when blog posts are published.
Blogger-droid requires you to enter your password every time you want to add a blog post or view your previous blog posts.
The app lacks some features that the Blogger website offers, such as the options to allow or disallow reader comments and to toggle automatic time/date stamping on or off. The absence of a spelling checker is regrettable, but overall Blogger-droid is an excellent app for blogging on the go.
