Amazon vs New York Times: Ecommerce behemoth fights back after damning article is published


The New York Times, one of the most respected publications in the world, ran an indepth story on Saturday about what it's like to work in one of Amazon's offices. It was headlined: "Inside Amazon: Wrestling Big Ideas in a Bruising Workplace." 

The publication of the story, which exposed many wrongdoings and portrayed Amazon in a bad light, led CEO Jeff Bezos to send a companywide internal memo to Amazon staff. 

Social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook have been abuzz with people talking about Amazon since the article was published.
