Apple has released the latest version of the Panther Mac OS X - version 10.3.7.
It recommends the 92MB update for all users and said that the update "delivers enhanced functionality and improved reliability". Key improvements include better Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) support for saving documents with long file names; better OpenGL technology and updated ATI and NVIDIA graphics drivers.
It also has improved FireWire device compatibility; an updated Preview application; increased compatibility for third-party applications and integration of previous standalone security updates.
