The Oracle spending spree continues. The company has bought French data integration software company Sunopsis.
Oracle said it planned to incorporate Sunopsis's technology in its Fusion Middleware range where it could be used to pull data from different sources, such as databases and ERP applications, into one location. The company said that the technology would enable it to compete with the likes of IBM and SAP.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
