The merger between Adobe and Macromedia has received US government approval.
The Department of Justice (DoJ) gave the deal the thumbs up late last week, although the merger still requires approval in several European countries. The two companies said they expected the final green light in the next month or so.
Announced in April, Adobe plans to acquire Macromedia in an all-stock transaction. The deal was approved by shareholders from both companies in August.
