Working at a startup can be a frenetic experience - forget set hours and flying under the radar of management, this is an environment for fast movers and impactful workers. So why should tech talent work at a startup over a larger, more established company? What’s the allure for developers, engineers or product managers?

We asked that very question of Tariq Rauf, who leads the Viral Growth team at TransferWise, one of the largest fintech startups in the UK.
