Fabric comes from the same team that built Crashlytics after Twitter acquired the platform in 2013. The free analytics platform gives a real time app healthcare dashboard, helping developers keep track of crashes, beta distribution and user behaviour in one place.
Fabric is available for iOS and Android and comes in just a few lines of code, taking up less implementation time, with all measures unified under a single dashboard. Fabric also offers pre-built kits, including integrations with Twitter, Stripe, AWS and popular game developer platform Unity. Customers for iOS apps include Buzzfeed, Starbucks, Spotify, Uber and PBS.
Update 19 Jan 2017: Google has now acquired Fabric from Twitter but will continue to run the platform as normal alongside its own Firebase team (slide number 7 on this list). This includes Crashlytics, Answers mobile app analytics, Digits SMS login and the FastLane development automation system.
