How to plan journey during Tube strike: when is next Tube strike?

London Underground trades unions are planning a 24-hour strike on the Tube from 18:30 on Wednesday 5 August. If the strike goes ahead, Tube services will stop running from 18:30 on Wednesday 5 August until Friday 7 August. There will be no Tubes on Thursday 6 August. We are expecting normal service to resume on Friday. Today Tube services will stop running from 18:30, so please complete your journey by then and travel earlier if possible. Tubes are expected to be exceptionally busy between 16:30 and 18:30.
