Simon Walker

Simon Walker attained a post graduate research degree in Microwave Dielectrics from the University of Birmingham in 1996, having already graduated with a combined First Class Honours degree in Physics / Electronics. From 1996-99 he worked within the operational division of BT's Advanced Data Services, focusing upon operational process, strategy (including IP & ADSL development) and technical network evolution. During 1999 he joined BT Customer Services to define a new service model and transformation programme. Before leaving BT in early 2001 (to join Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Strategic Consulting) he was Programme Manager for Ignite Internet Services.
More recently Simon has taken various global roles with the Telco, Finance and Government division of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. He is currently the head of the OSS Service Line within the Telco practice having specific responsibility around adaptive business transformation.
