Kevin is the Head of Knowledge Management at TRL (Transport Research Laboratory) in Wokingham with the objectives of creating and managing a Knowledge Management framework, line responsibility for the Information and IT Groups in the Laboratory and providing a professional lead for scientists across TRL working in computing and information related disciplines.
He is a regular speaker on Information and Knowledge Management on Masters Degree courses and public seminars, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between Business Strategy, Human Resources Management and Information Management for effective Knowledge Management, and Information / Knowledge Governance.
