When is the deadline for entries?

Is there any flexibility with the deadline?
Usually there is a three/four day extension for late entries - but you should let us know if your entry is going to be late.   Top


Where do I send my entry/entries?

When do we know if our entry has been short -listed?
The awards are judged in April and early May and short-lists decided around mid May.   Top


How will I know if I have been short-listed for an award?
You will be notified by email and telephone and the results will be posted on the awards web site.   Top


When will I find out if I have won an award?
The awards are announced at the presentation evening on the 22 June 2005.   Top


Can we find out if we have won before this date?
No, we do not disclose the results under any circumstances before this date.   Top


Can we enter more than one category?
Yes. Although you can only enter a product into one category.   Top


Is it possible to enter ourselves for an award?
Yes. Self-nominations are acceptable. It is also possible to enter customers and business partners. All entries must be accompanied with the relevant supporting documents.   Top


Is it possible to enter a client/customer for an award?
Yes, we would encourage this type of entry method.   Top


How long should my entry be?
The rules and entry criteria are different for each category however you should bear in mind that the judges have to read through every entry so your entry should be as precise as possible and should meet the criteria requested and be accompanied by the supporting documents.   Top


What is meant by a customer testimonial or third party reference?
The rules require that you should submit references from customers or other relevant third parties. This is usually in the form of a report from a customer or user of your products or services and would detail how the product or service is being used. It would include a quote on the level of customer satisfaction achieved.   Top


Is it possible to enter a product if it is not a new product?
The entry rules require that products must have been launched in the year from January 1st 2004 to April 1st 2005. However we do accept products launched before January 1st 2004 if they are a significant upgrade where the upgrade took place after January 1st 2004.   Top


What is meant by user/customer profile?
A list of customers that use your products or services.   Top


Can we sponsor an award and still enter?
Yes. The two are not linked. The awards are independently judged.   Top


Is the information I submit confidential?
Yes. Only the judges see the entry submissions.   Top
