All entries must include two complete copies of your entry, the entry form, supporting documents and entry administration fee.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Electronic (email) entries will be accepted but only if the full entry is also submitted in hard copy.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.

The judges’ decision is final in all cases.

No correspondence will be entered into.

Finalists will be notified in advance of the presentation of awards.

The winner of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards. Under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time.

The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.

All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.

Reviews of submissions from finalists and winners will be published in connection with the awards. Entrants may however mark certain confidential or sensitive parts of their entry as “not for publication”.

Nominations from companies, colleagues, suppliers, clients or self-nominations are all acceptable.

Product Awards:

Each product may only be entered in one category.

Entrants may make multiple entries into any number of categories. Each separate entry must be accompanied with full entry details and the entry administration fee.

Products must have been launched in the UK between 1 January 2004 and 1st April 2005. A Significant upgrade of a product will be accepted if the upgrade took place within these dates.

Products must be made available for review if requested by the judging panel; entrants will be informed if a product is required.
